Order Processing Time:
Please allow up to 48hrs for order processing from the time your payment or credit card number is received.
How much is freight:
Freight is calculated on the size and weight of your order and is displayed in checkout. Larger bulkier/heavy order may attract a higher postage charge than shown during checkout. If you have a large light parcel you will be paying for the cubic volume not the dead weight. Cubic volume is calculated by our carriers as LxWxDx250 . Any discount offered on the quoted postage charge is applied as a store credit, this is not a refundable amount but can be used towards your next purchase
FREIGHT METHODS:
Various freight choices are available during checkout. Please choose the most suitable for youself.
We use a combination of Aus Post, Fastway Couriers and Hunter Express to deliver your orders to you. With all forms of delivery small orders in satchels that will fit into letterboxes may be left without a signature by the drivers. If courier/post records show delivery of the package to the address that you provide with your order, the order is deemed to be delivered.
NATIONAL ROAD FREIGHT: Regular mail with tracking number
COURIER QUOTE REQUIRED: Is available during checkout for larger orders over 50kg or bulky good not suitble for our normal couriers. We will contact you within 24hrs of receiving your order with a freight quote
EXPRESS POST: This service is available and may be done via aus post or fastway couriers whichever we deem more suitable. Please note this service is still subject to the 48hrs order processing time before despatch of your order, no exceptions. The service is also not a guaranteed overnight service as some addresses are not in express zones.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is not included in the cost of the freight for fragile items such as vases, mirrors, glassware, votive candles and such. These are shipped at the risk of the buyer. However if you require fragile insurance please contact us after placing your order so we can provide a quote on that service. All other products are covered against loss or damage in transit
PICKUPS:
Please choose pickup as the freight option during checkout. Pickups are available from units 1-3 / 99 Wolston Rd, Sumner QLD 4074 between the hours of 9am - 12pm Monday to Friday.
Pickup service is just that we are unable to allow you access to the warehouse or stock viewing etc at that time
