Order Processing Time:
Please allow up to 48hrs for order processing from the time your payment or credit card number is received.
How much is freight:
Freight is calculated on the size and weight of your order and is displayed in checkout. Larger bulkier/heavy order may attract a higher postage charge than shown during checkout. If you have a large light parcel you will be paying for the cubic volume not the dead weight. Cubic volume is calculated by our carriers as LxWxDx250 . Any discount offered on the quoted postage charge is applied as a store credit, this is not a refundable amount but can be used towards your next purchase

Aus Post eParcel: Regular trackable mail
IN STORE PICKUP: Local or visiting cusomers, orders not wrapped ready for postage
COURIER PICKUP: Is available during checkout for larger orders over 50kg, not available unless the option is available during checkout. $10 surcharge applies for wrapping, addressing and filling out connotes for couriers etc
EXPRESS POST: Not Available - we do not offer this service any longer
No insurance is available for fragile items such as mirrors or glassware. These are shipped at the risk of the buyer, if you require fragile insurance please contact us after placing your order so we can provide a quote on that service. All other products are covered against loss or damage in transit
