How do I return an item?

Return Policy

We appreciate that you want to purchase with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it within fourteen  (14) days from delivery to Wholesale Wedding Superstore and we will provide you with an refund on the cost of the item less any administration/postage charges.

Items not available for returns or refund are hair accessories, veils, personalised items, clearance line, sale items or discounted items

We only process refunds we do not organise exchanges or product credits. You will need to place another order if you wish to receive a different product.

Incorrect item shipped to you policy:

In the instance that we have sent you the incorrect items you will need to contact us as per the return policy. We may request return of the incorrect item to us before the correct item is sent or for smaller items  we may request the items are returned before we refund instead of posting the item to you.

Please note: Fragile items are not subject to any insurance against damage in transit. If you wish to insure your items against damage in transit please submit your order then contact us for a quote.
 
We also do not accept any fragile items back for refunds or exchanges

Purchase Returns

1. If you are not totally satisfied with your online purchase or if there is an error with your order you must notify us of the impending return within Seven (7) days of delivery to you and the return must be received back at our warehouse within 14 days from delivery for a full refund of the purchase price less any administration charges incurred and postage charges.

2. Products must be as new, unopened . Return packaging must be of equivalent standard to how the item was sent to you. If item was posted to you in a box you need to return it to us in a box. Items not received in the above mentioned condition will be returned to you at your expense.

3.  If you need to return an item, you must contact us via email at sales@wholesaleweddingsuperstore.com.au to be provided with a return merchandise code to be attached to the outside of the package your are returning.

Important - you must have a return authorisation number so we can identify your purchase and issue a refund. Any return parcels without this information on the front will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Please remember that the return is your responsibility until it is delivered to us, no loss or damage will be accepted for return parcels.

We may provide a different return address depending on the nature of the return

5. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and your order number.

6. A 20% restocking/admin fee is applicable to all returns for change or mind, incorrect ordering, incorrect address supplied, parcels arriving after an event they were required for and all cases of undeliverable parcels. This is a none negotiable fee.

Refunds Processing Time

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
