PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Ordering:

We only accept orders via out website. We will no longer accept emailed, fax or phone orders. To order you need to have a registered account with us then you can view pricing online and use our online cart for ordering

Minimum Order values:

Initial orders must be to the value of $200 plus GST, we will not process any orders under this amount if you have not previously purchased from us.

Repeat order values are to be above $100, any orders with a value less than $100 will incur a $20 handling charge.

Wholesale Wedding Superstore reserves the right to not process your order if it is classified as a personal not trade quantities.

Order Processing Time:

Please allow up to 72hrs for order processing from the time your payment or credit card number is received.

Freight Charges
Our freight is stated at a flat rate dependant on the order total. In rare cases an order may contain unusually large quantities of bulky or heavy items or in  cases where freight costs exceed the stated rates you will be notified of any additional costs before the order is shipped. Off course we will also reduce the freight to area that are costed at less than the flatrate charge stated on your order. Please request additional insurance for glass items as we do not cover damage to these items in transit.

Phone, Fax and Email orders

Orders via any of the above means are subject to a 10% surcharge for order processing. Orders via these means are not invoiced until Friday.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including e-mail, phone or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Any incidents of this nature will result in your access to our site being cancelled and no further orders processed.

The entire content included in this site, including but not limited to text, graphics or code is protected under copyright laws and is the property of Wholesale Wedding Superstore. Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Wholesale Wedding Superstore. Information contained on this site must not be used for commercial applications. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, public display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited without prior approval.

We have a limited number of applications available for commercial use of our imges and text to be used on website. Please email with your details for approval.

Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
