How do we access pricing?

Please use the link below to submit an application for approval. Once your application is approved we will notify you via email. Your password will not allow you to login until we approve the application

I did not receive and invoice with my package

Invoices are email to you at the time of despatch of your order. If you have deleted your email you can recover that invoice when you log into our site and use the my account link at the bottom of the screen

 

Do you have a catalogue?

No we use our website as a catalogue

How do we pay?

Payment before shipment is required, We no longer offer a credit account and require all orders to be paid in full before shipment

Credit card, Business Cheque, Bank Deposit, money order 

What is your minimum order amount?

Initial orders $200 then subsequent orders $100.

Can I use your photographs on our website and marketing material

Please contact us with relevant details for approval.

Phone, Fax and Email orders

Orders via any of the above means are subject to a 10% surcharge for order processing. Orders via these means are not invoiced until Friday.

How much is freight:

Freight is calculated on the size and weight of your order and is displayed in checkout.

Dropshipping:

Dropshipping is available from the 1st February 2010. Please contact us for further iiinformation

 

Will you ship to international locations?

Yes we do ship internationally but at this stage only to New Zealand

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do accept returns of stock as long as it is in its orginal wrapping and unopened.

Items that appear to be shop worn etc will not be accepted for a refund.

Clearance and Discontinued items are not available or returns or exchanges

You need to notify us within 7 business days from receiving your order of the return, outside of 7 days we will not be able to refund you.

If there is an error in despatch and items are missing from your order we will refund you for these so you can reorder on your next order.

Damage in transit. For valid insurance claims please inform the courier if the parcel is damaged. For internal damage please provide a photograph of the damage.

Our standards are very high but from time to time we may have slight variation in material, colours etc. Please be aware especially of matching old order colour to new colours.

Do you backorder on out of stock items?

We try to maintain all stock levels on our website accuratly. If in the event we are out of stock and your order is for over $100 we will keep the back order and notify you of when the items will be in stock. For backorder below $100 we do not keep them and will refund any monies paid.
