Drop Shipping Terms and Conditions

 

What is dropshipping? -  Simply, we post the order direct to your customer for you to avoid double handling and additional postage costs.

Available to all Australian and New Zealand customers.

All contact details including address, phone and email must be correct and up to date.

Orders that do not adhere to Wholesale Wedding Superstore terms & conditions and/or drop-shipping procedures will be cancelled.

Account Setup: To setup your account you will need to wait until you get your first order. When you are in the shipping address part of our checkout you will see a box that asks if you would like to dropship the order to your customer. Please tick this box. This will add the initial set up fee for your dropship account, this is a once only charge.

Payments: All drop ship orders must be paid for prior to shipment via credit card, we will not accept any other form of payment inc PayPal or bank deposit. The credit card MUST be in the name of the registered drop ship account holder. We will cancel any orders tht do not meet the above payment terms

Minimum Order: There is no minimum order requirement for individual drop-ship orders.

Drop ship Fee: $10 initial one of none refundable fee to set up your drop ship account. There are no additional fees associated with orders/shipments.


Shipping:

 From Brisbane Australia via a common carrier.

Wholesale Wedding Superstore will not ship via any other common carrier than we have accounts with.

Wholesale Wedding Superstore cannot ship to a post office boxes and requires a physical address and signature on delivery for all shipments.

All dropship orders must use the basic insurance charge in the checkout which is calculated at $1 per $100

Return name and address on parcel will be that of the registered drop ship account holder.

Wholesale Wedding Superstore accepts no responsibility for lost packages shipped without a signature on delivery (eg when the addressee has an arrangement with Aus Post or a courier company to leave parcels at their premises when not home).  

International Shipping: Only available to New Zealand. If you submit an order for an international shipment, you agree to assume responsibility for any customs, brokerage, foreign taxes, duties, or return shipping fees that your customer fails to pay.

Tracking Orders: Shipment  tracking number will be sent to your registered email account . Shipment initiation typically takes place between 9am and 3pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  

It is the responsibility of the drop ship account holder to follow up with the delivery company on the status of the parcel. Any issues including lost parcel claims must be notified to us via email so we can follow up for you.

Returns: WWS accepts returns only within 14 days after shipment delivery. Only approved returns are accepted. Buyer must obtain an authorized return authorization (RA) number from WWS. Return shipments must display the return authorization (RA) number clearly on the shipping carton just below the shipping label. Returns without a properly displayed RA# will be rejected. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses as well as all other shipping expenses under all circumstances.

All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition, unused with the original packaging intact.

 All returns that are eligible for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. WWS will issue efund upon approval of returned merchandise. WWS will not issue a refund for returned merchandise damaged in shipment.  

WWS does not accept returns for any Veils, hair accessories, food product or personalized items

Cancellations: Cancellation of an order that has been packed or paid for but has not left the WWS warehouse, will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This 20% cancellation fee covers the administrative, labor and material costs to cancel an order. The 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid for the product, and a credit will be issued to your account for the difference.

 If the order has already left the warehouse, then it is treated as a return (see the returns section for further information).

Inventory: WWS does not guarantee inventory in terms of in-stock status or restock dates. Inventory status information is estimated and may change without notice. Likewise product prices, descriptions and designs may also change without notice.


Errors: Unless WWS is the cause of the error, WWS will charge merchants for shipping. Shipping errors include shipment refusal by you or your customer, incorrect address, address change and failed delivery. Shipping error charges include return shipping costs, address change/correction charges and any costs for reshipment. A $10 fee applies for all label corrections or re-routing requests, whether successful or not.

Where WWS is the cause of the error a reply paid address will be forwarded to return items to be sent and a refund organized for missing items etc. A return authorization must be completed as per the return procedures above.


Shipping Damage: WWs will not cover fragile items damaged by the shipping carrier, however we will assist in the claims process for all other items provided the merchant agrees to and follows all of the following procedures:

  • 1. The shipment's recipient must receive the shipment in person and must inspect the shipment when delivered. The addressee must be the same as the delivery signature Damage to boxes or cartons is not indicative of item damage.
  • 2. The recipient must notify the delivery driver of the shipping damage, and ensure it is clearly noted on the connote or signature screens.
  • 3. A photograph of the packaging and contents must be forwarded to us. WWS reserve the right to refuse a refund on certain grounds if the nature of the damage is not clear.

Drop Shipping FAQ

Can I use your images: If you would like to use our images and text on your website please contact us first to obtain permission. Please advise in your email the domain name eg of the site you will be using the images on.  

Do I have to load all of your products into my site: There is no requirement for you to have all of our stock loaded on your website, please only upload what you need for your own website

How do I know the shipping costs: Shipping cost will vary depending on the $ value of your order. There is no difference between our normal shipping costs and drop shipping costs. Please bear in mind large bulky or heavy item may attract a larger freight charge.

Is there any commission paid to me: No, this drop shipping only not an affiliate program etc. All we are doing is sending your order direct to your customer to save you double handling and additional postage charges.

Do I have to have my own website to do this: It would be advisable to have your own ecommerce website to utilize this option to its best potential
