Drop Shipping FAQ:
What is dropshipping: Dropshipping is a process of selling our products without having to retain stock yourself. Simply put, you place the order with us and we post the order direct to your customer for you to avoid double handling and additional postage costs. There is no communication etc with your customer only yourselves.
Can I use your images: If you would like to use our images and text on your website please contact us via email for approval as we keep a list of all customers using the images. Please ensure you include the URL for your store where the images will be used. Once you have approval to use the images we will send you the link to download the images via FTP and an excel spreadsheet with the descriptions etc.
Do I have to load all of your products into my site: There is no requirement for you to have all of our stock loaded on your website, please only upload what you need for your own website
How do I know the shipping costs: Shipping costs are shown accurately during checkout
Do I have to have my own website to do this: It would be advisable to have your own ecommerce website to utilize this option to its best potential
Terms and conditions for dropshipping:
Basics:
- No additional fees charged for dropshipping service.
- No minimum order terms.
- Order processing times are up to 48hrs whether the order is urgent or not, no urgent dropship orders will be accepted
- We do not offer dropshipping service for fragile items such as mirrors and vases.
Instructions for dropshipping orders:
1. Add the items to your cart on our website by using the buy now button (Please remember we need a separate order for each dropship order)
2. Click on checkout
3. During Checkout please change the shipping address field to match that of your customer (no PO Boxes please).
Shipping:
- Dropshipping service is available to Australian Addresses only we are unable to offer an international dropship service.
- During checkout the shipping address field must be changed to reflect the correct shipping address for your dropship order as shipping labels are printed direct from that field. Emailed addresses will not be actioned
- Return name and address on parcel will be a generic address such as returns manager at our address, this address does not directly reflect Wholesale Wedding Superstore. At this stage we are unable to offer return addresses with your details.
- Wholesale Wedding Superstore accepts no responsibility for lost packages or delivery times once the freight company has collected the package from ourselves
- Any damage to packaging must be noted on the deliver receipt with the freight company
Returns:
If your customer is not totally satisfied with the order/product you must notify us within (7) days of delivery to your customer using the instructions below. Claims of any form outside of this time will not be approved. Please notify use via email so we can organise a return merchandise number.
WWS does not accept returns or refunds for any Veils, hair accessories, food product, personalized items or damaged in transit problems
Inventory:
WWS does not guarantee inventory in terms of in-stock status or restock dates. Inventory status information is estimated and may change without notice. Likewise product prices, descriptions and designs may also change without notice.
