Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our fast dispatch times, we are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed.

Can I Change My Order?

We do not offer changes to:

• Items

• Quantities

• Shipping details

Once your order is placed, it is transfered into our warehouse system and once assigned to a team member access is locked for editing.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, there is a limited time period where we may be able to cancel that, however, this is not alway possible as once the order has transfered into our warehouse and allocated to a team member the order is locked for changes. Administration Fees will be applicable to any cancelled orders to cover associated payment fees and administration time to complete the refund. 

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow our returns process.
