Website Terms of Use

By placing your order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, including the following:

– Authority to Leave (ATL)

If Authority to Leave is selected or applied, parcels are left at your nominated address at your own risk once photo delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier. If redelivery or return-to-sender fees are charged by the carrier, these will be automatically invoiced to you or deducted from your refund.

Couriers Please and Aramex are not suitable for gated properties, units, or apartments where drivers cannot safely leave parcels unattended.

– Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

All dispatch and delivery timeframes provided on our website, at checkout, or via customer service are estimates only and are provided as a guide. While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to operational requirements, peak periods, carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been collected by the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, network disruptions, or other external circumstances.

Delays in transit do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund of shipping costs, or compensation.

– Event Dates

Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient time between placing their order and their event date. We strongly recommend ordering well in advance to allow for dispatch, transit, and any unforeseen delays. We are not liable for losses arising from late delivery where dispatch occurred within our stated timeframe.

– Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order shows as delivered but has not been received, you must notify us within 5 business days of the recorded delivery date.

For parcels missing in transit, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window so that we may initiate an investigation with the carrier.

– Multi-Parcel Shipments

Large or bulky orders may be dispatched in multiple cartons. These may arrive separately depending on carrier handling and routing. Tracking details will be provided where available.

– Return to Sender Parcels

This applies to all circumstances where freight is returned to us by the carrier, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery details provided at checkout

  • Failure to include sufficient delivery information (such as a required business name)

  • Failure to collect parcels from post offices, parcel lockers, newsagents, or carrier depots within the prescribed timeframe

  • Claims of not receiving collection or delivery notifications

All carriers charge a return-to-sender fee per parcel, which will be passed on to the customer. This charge is applied in addition to any applicable restocking and administration fees.

Re-dispatch will not occur until all applicable return and re-shipping fees have been paid.

– Returns & Restocking Fees

Approved returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 10% of the product value. This fee covers administration costs, merchant facility charges (including credit card surcharges), payment processing fees, and warehouse handling costs associated with inspecting and returning items to stock.

Restocking fees are applied at our discretion, depending on the nature and condition of the returned goods.

– Colour & Batch Variation

Dye batches and production runs may vary slightly between shipments. Minor variations in colour, finish, stitching, sizing (within industry tolerances), or packaging are not considered faults and may affect fabric, ribbon, floral, or decorative items.

– Reporting Issues

All missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your parcel. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

– Photo Evidence

Clear photographic evidence may be required to assess any claims relating to damage, missing items, or incorrect products. Failure to provide the requested evidence may delay or void the claim.
