Use: Indoor and Outdoor however you may need a weight for outdoor as the base is not weighted, and not suitable for heavy backdrops or accessories.
The stand may need to have the weld gently pushed into position if it does not stand straight when you first erect it. This is normal and will not break the stand
NOTES:
1. This is a budget quality item - Price and quality is budget. If you are looking for perfection or good quality this is not the product for you.
2. This is sold as a frame only - it is intended to be decorated not used plain.
3. Due to the nature of the product/packaging, there may be small manufacturing defects in the frame and painted surface (small dents, missing paint, chips, thin paint etc)
4. Packaging on these items is basic. All parts are packaged in bubble wrap or a box. The parts are not individually bubble wrapped or separated etc, doing so increases pricing. Boxes do get squashed in transit, this is unavoidable as there is free space in the boxes due to the shapes of the items. Parts may protrude on delivery, this is also unavoidable due to the handling by freight carriers. If there is significant damage to those parts please let us know.
5. If you are using this frame without any draping or flowers it may need some touch-up paint.
6. There may be excess paint/metal on the ends of the poles that affects the item going together easy, you will need a metal file to scrape away any excess paint.
7. The above are all classified as normal for this product and we sell it as a frame only not a finished item.

RETURNS - EASY AS 123
- Contact us via email with your order number, note on the email the items you would like to return along with the reason
- Complete the return form we send to you and place it inside your return parcel
- Take the parcel to the post office to be returned to us within 30 days from when it was delivered to you
All items returned for change of mind must have the product packaging unopened, undamaged and in suitable packaging. If you received the item in a box we expect you to return that in a box now a bag or padded bag. If you return something that has been opened or the packaging is damaged we will not refund you instead the items will be sent back to your return to sender.
We are unable to accept returns/refunds on the following:
- Clearance lines, factory seconds, items in our sale category, veils, and jewellery.
- Fragile items such as but not limited to vases, glassware, ceramics, mirrors, metal vases, wax candles, led lights and charger plates
- Backdrop Curtains and other large fabric items including Aisle Runners which have been folded for postage
- Special Order Items such as - stock/sizes/colours we do not normally sell or bulk orders of items we do stock that require us to place a special order with our factory.

If you choose this method please allow up to 30 business days for delivery as Couriers Please will forward your package on to a third party carrier that services your area.
Couriers Please is not suitable for gated communities, apartment complexes and larger unit complexes where locating specific numbers may be time consuming. Packages can be returned to sender or just left in a common area in these residential situations. Please post to a family member or your work address to save any issues.
