Weight Limit: These are a lightweight frames, we would not recommend more than 3kg of weight be hung of the top rail

Use: Indoor and Outdoor however you may need a weight for outdoor as the base is not weighted, not suitable for heavy backdrops or accessories.

These items are budget as mentioned below,  the feet are a little out of square which does not affect the use. You may also have to pull the uprights into alignment if the welds are a little out of shape, this is very easy to do and will not break the items

 

NOTES: 

1. This is a budget quality item - Price and quality is budget. If you are looking for perfection or good quality this is not the product for you.

2. This is sold as a frame only -  it is intended to be decorated not used plain. 

3. Due to the nature of the product, there may be small manufacturing defects in the frame and painted surface (small dents, missing paint, chips, thin paint etc)

4. Packaging on these items is basic. All parts are packaged in one box. they are not individually bubble wrapped and parts separated etc, doing so increases pricing. Boxes do get squashed in transit, this is unavoidable as there is free space in the boxes due to the shapes of the items. Parts may protrude on delivery, this is also unavoidable due to the handling by freight carriers. If there is damage to those part please let us know.

5.  If you are using this frame without any draping or flowers it may need some touch-up paint. 

6.  The above are all classified as normal for this product and we sell it as a frame only not a finished item.

Returns Policy

Wholesale Wedding Superstore® appreciates your business and we are proud to offer you peace of mind. We go over and above the statutory consumer guarantee by offering a 30-day returns period for most of our products.

RETURNS -  EASY AS 123

  1. Contact us via email with your order number, note on the email the items you would like to return along with the reason
  2. Complete the return form we send to you and place it inside your return parcel
  3. Take the parcel to the post office to be returned to us within 30 days from when it was delivered to you

 

All items returned for change of mind must have the product packaging unopened, undamaged and in suitable packaging. If you received the item in a box we expect you to return that in a box now a bag or padded bag. If you return something that has been opened or the packaging is damaged we will not refund you instead the items will be sent back to your return to sender.

We are unable to accept returns/refunds on the following:

  • Clearance lines, factory seconds, items in our sale category, veils, and jewellery. 
  • Fragile items such as but not limited to vases, glassware, ceramics, mirrors, metal vases, wax candles, led lights and charger plates
  • Backdrop Curtains and other large fabric items including Aisle Runners which have been folded for postage
  • Special Order Items such as - stock/sizes/colours we do not normally sell or bulk orders of items we do stock that require us to place a special order with our factory. 
  • Personalised and digitally delivered products
