At Wedding Superstore, we’re always looking for ways to improve how we support our customers, from faster dispatch to better stock availability and more responsive customer service.

That’s why, from 19 January to 13 February 2026, we are in the process of merging our warehouse, administration, and customer service teams into a single location.

Why we’re making this change

This move allows us to:

• Bring warehouse and customer service teams together, improving communication

• Increase stock lines and improve availability across our range

• Streamline dispatch processes for greater accuracy and efficiency

• Build a stronger foundation for long-term growth and service reliability

What this means in the short term

While the move is underway, there may be temporary dispatch delays of 1–3 business days.

During this period:

• Express Post and urgent freight options are not available

• Urgent or time-critical orders cannot be accepted

• Delivery estimates remain indicative only and may be extended

If your order is required for a specific date, we recommend placing it well in advance or waiting until after 13 February, once relocation is complete.

Progress update

We’re pleased to share that we are now well underway with the move, with core operations already transitioning across. Once complete, all teams will be operating from the same building, allowing us to deliver faster resolutions, clearer communication, and improved order handling.
