  • Can I order via email, phone etc?

Yes you can contact us to order via email or phone however in doing so a surcharge will be added to your invoice and any website specials will not apply to phone or email order. A manual order processing charge of $10 will be applied to all orders under $100 this is a non negotiable charge for manual invoicing.

As a proud importer and supplier of wholesale wedding supplies, we offer a variety of payment and postage options to best suit your needs.
Payment Information:

Good & Services Tax (GST)
All prices displayed on our website are Ex GST and shown in AU$.

International Purchases
If you are an international purchaser, GST will not be applied to your invoice. We ship to most countries with the exception of the USA, Canada and some African countries. Import Duties are not included in your order costs. Delivery times may vary due to customs intervention. 

Minimum Order
We do not have a minimum order requirement.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required before we ship your order. We do not offer trade credit accounts.
Paypal Express: If you pay with PayPal and have an issue with your order we require you to use our own dispute service on our website, 99% of issues are sorted within 24hrs unlike PayPal which is a lengthy process. If you open a dispute with PayPal before our own dispute service is used we will not be able to rectify any problems until the dispute with PayPal is closed or PayPal has decided on the outcome. 

If you have a wholesale access account and open a PayPal dispute your account access with us will be terminated due to the time wasting issues PayPal dispute cause.

We accept bank deposit, eft payments direct into our account however payment must be received within 48hrs. We are unable to hold stock longer than 48hrs for any unpaid orders

Postage Information
Delivery Charges
At Wholesale Wedding Superstore®, our website is set up to calculate the delivery charges for you. If you have items loaded into your shopping cart, the cart will calculate the delivery charges based on the postcode entered.

Delivery charges are based on the weight or volume of the package depending on which is greater.

WWS reserves right to charge additional freight costs or change the freight method you have chosen at checkout for reasons including but not limited to if the live calculator on the provides inaccurate shipping costs for your order. If the calculator charges to much our automated dispatch process will add a credit to your account at the time of dispatch

We offer postage via:

Australia Post - We no longer use Australia Post eParcel due to ongoing service issues, however we offer 500gm, 2kg and 5kg satchels in road and express post. These are uninsured services

*Express Post - Standard warehouse processing times apply, in most cases this is 24hrs (with the exception of the Christmas New Year Period and Public Holidays where it could be longer). We advise for express postage that you look on the Australia Post website for actual transit times to your destination as they may not always be overnight. 

Couriers Please - Preffered Carrier Discounted freight to major cities in Australia, service is heavily discounted and can be patchy at times but in most cases is faster along the eastern states than the other options. This is an uninsured service for orders with a total product value under $500 we cannot be held responsible for loss in transit. Insurance applies with this carrier after $500.

*Couriers Please overnight service- Standard warehouse processing times apply, in most cases this is 24hrs (with the exception of the Christmas New Year Period and Public Holidays where it could be longer). This service is available next business day into capital cities, areas outside of capital cities will be a few days slower as the orders travel air into the capital cities and then via road to your address.

Express Courier International - EMS service 3-5 business days however customs in your own country could delay delivery. This is an uninsured service for orders with a total product value under $500 we cannot be held responsible for loss in transit. We do not recommend fragile items be posted outside of Australia

Standard Road Freight- Fully insured service for loss in transit but does not cover damage to items including fragiles. We use Sendle as our service partner for this method and they send the parcels with either Fastway Couriers or Couriers Please. 

Express Couriers International - Good Fast service for international customers. 3-5 days into NZ is normal. However this is an uninsured service we cannot be held responsible for loss in transit. Customs duties may apply which you will need to pay and also parcels can be delayed by your customs department which we have not taken into account with our transit times

Satchel Deliveries - Pease Note if you choose satchel for your delivery and the items you choose to have posted to you in a satchel are not suitable for that method of postage we will not accept those back for a return, exchange or refund. We do note at checkout what is deamed not suitable for satchel postage

Insurance During Transit for Loss or Damage

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are supplied FOB, once the order leaves our warehouse no responsibility is taken for any loss or damage. 

We offer both insured and uninsured freight options for general & fragile items

Insurance Claim Rules:

1. If you order FRAGILE ITEMS and you do select our insured method of postage we will email you for confirmation of this descision before posting your order, this may delay our normal 24hr dispatch times
2. If you choose our insured service, a signature on delivery is require, there is a $10 excess per claim and we do require full photographic evidence of any damage. We must receive one photograph showing all damaged bases in the one photo. If multiple styles each style of glasswear in a seperate photo. If you cannot provide a photograph as requested we cannot lodge your insurance claim.

3. A refund will be provided for the damaged item. We do not resend these out to you.


Pickup from warehouse

Pickups for website orders are no longer available however our warehouse is open to the public and you are more than welcome to come in and shop for your items then pay at checkout.

Free Freight PromotionsOccasionally we will run free freight promotions, below are the terms and conditions on these promotions

  • Special Start and end time are displayed in the on screen popup and on the marketing newsletter advertising the specials. The special is not valid outside of these times
  • Orders must have a product subtotal over $150 and choose Couriers Please or eParcel. The offer is not valid for express post, insured post or international post.
  • Discount Coupon MUST be entered at checkout for special to activate we cannot apply this after an order has been placed.
  • Some items such multiple full case buys on large bulky items may be excluded. We will contact you if there is an issue with the order you have placed

Dispatch Times
WWS understands that you would like to receive your order as soon as is possible. All orders placed on our system are processed as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your payment. However at peak periods, we may require additional time, so please allow for at least 72 hours for order processing before the order is dispatched to the delivery company.

Express postage from Australia Post is an option during checkout for urgent orders. However, the standard order processing times noted above still apply as there is no faster warehouse processing available.
