NOTES (Please Read):
1. This is a budget quality item - Price and quality is budget. If you are looking for perfection or good quality, this is not the product for you.
2. The crossbar slides onto the upright sections with spigots; however, there is no fastener to hold the crossbar securely in place against the spigot fitting. Ensure the frame is in the correct position, as it will come apart when being moved unless you use plumber's tape or drive a screw through it.
3. This is sold as a frame only - it is intended to be decorated not used plain.
4. Due to the nature of the product, there may be small manufacturing defects painted surface of the base plates (small dents, missing paint, chips, thin paint etc), the blue plastic is also a little roughed up, see photos.
5. The above are all classified as normal for this product and we sell it as a frame only not a finished item.

RETURNS - EASY AS 123
- Contact us via email with your order number, note on the email the items you would like to return along with the reason
- Complete the return form we send to you and place it inside your return parcel
- Take the parcel to the post office to be returned to us within 30 days from when it was delivered to you
All items returned for change of mind must have the product packaging unopened, undamaged and in suitable packaging. If you received the item in a box we expect you to return that in a box now a bag or padded bag. If you return something that has been opened or the packaging is damaged we will not refund you instead the items will be sent back to your return to sender.
We are unable to accept returns/refunds on the following:
- Clearance lines, factory seconds, items in our sale category, veils, and jewellery.
- Fragile items such as but not limited to vases, glassware, ceramics, mirrors, metal vases, wax candles, led lights and charger plates
- Backdrop Curtains and other large fabric items including Aisle Runners which have been folded for postage
- Special Order Items such as - stock/sizes/colours we do not normally sell or bulk orders of items we do stock that require us to place a special order with our factory.

Couriers Please is not suitable for gated communities, apartment complexes and larger unit complexes where locating specific numbers may be time consuming. Packages can be returned to sender or just left in a common area in these residential situations. Please post to a family member or your work address to save any issues.

Express Orders - You must choose Australia Post Express at checkout. Orders received after 9am Qld Time will be dispatched on the next working day.
Australia Post does not offer an overnight postage guarantee at the moment, this service is classified as the fastest possible and may not be overnight. In most cases 1-2 business days, some regional areas are seeing 2-4 business days.
Other Orders are generally 1 business day warehouse processing
