Important Dispatch & Delivery Information
Warehouse Relocation Period: 19 January – 13 February
To continue improving our operations and service long term, Wedding Superstore will be relocating our warehouse during the period outlined below.
While we are doing everything possible to minimise disruption, this relocation will impact dispatch timeframes.
What this means for your order
From 19 January to 20 February:

Dispatch times may be delayed by 1–3 business days, large/bulkier orders may be an additional day

Express Post and premium/urgent freight services will not be available during this period

Urgent or time-critical orders cannot be accepted during this period

Estimated delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are indicative only and may be extended
What this means for your customer service requests
From 19 January to 20 February:

Support times may be longer than our normal as our admin team will be working in our warehouse to help with the move

We may be less flexible with order changes

We may not process our normal stockout notifications, subsitutes or refunds will be issues instead
Planning an event or working to a deadline?
If your order is required for a specific date, we strongly recommend:

Placing your order well in advance, or
-
Waiting until after 20 February to place time-sensitive orders
Orders placed during this period are accepted with the understanding that dispatch and delivery may be impacted by relocation activities.
