- These are paint imperfections affecting these arches, these include scratches and being wrapped in bubble wrap too soon after being painted and the frames show the outline of the bubble wrap in the painted finish. If you are decorating with curtains or flowers etc these imperfections will not be noticed. (see photos)
- Due to this product's lightweight nature, sand/water bags are recommended to weigh it down as they are light weight
- This arch may have a lean or wobble effect when looked at from the side, this is because of the open base design and larger 2.4m size (see photos)
- There are holes but no wingnuts or connectors on the uprights, they are holes put to hang the parts for painting and not for attachment. The top of the arch has wingnuts.
Arches are sold as is and are seconds as stated above, no returns are available on these products.

BUDGET Quality and Price
Material: LIGHTWEIGHT Design, will need weighting at the base for all users and will only hold lightweight draping, balloons and decorations, due to the larger size this arch may have a wave to it and not sit fully upright, from the front it will look ok on the side you may see the wobble/lean in the shape (see photo)
Colour: Painted with a basic coating white Paint, read above notice about these being factory seconds. . The paint is patchy as shown in the photographs

Tools Required: We would recommend a small file, or flathead screwdriver and a small hammer on hand as sometimes there may be small bits of metal on the side of the wingnuts that is left behind from the manufacturing process that needs chipping away. This is very easy to do

NOTES:
1. This is a budget quality item - Price and quality is budget. If you are looking for perfection or good quality this is not the product for you.
2. This is sold as a frame only - it is intended to be decorated not used plain.
3. Due to the nature of the product, there may be small manufacturing defects in the frame and painted surface (small dents, missing paint, chips, thin paint etc)
4. Packaging on these items is basic. All parts are packaged in one box. they are not individually bubble wrapped and parts separated etc, doing so increases pricing. Boxes do get squashed in transit, this is unavoidable as there is free space in the boxes due to the shapes of the items. Parts may protrude on delivery, this is also unavoidable due to the handling by freight carriers. If there is damage to those part please let us know.
5. If you are using this frame without any draping or flowers it may need some touch-up paint.
6. The above are all classified as normal for this product and we sell it as a frame only not a finished item.

- Contact us via email with your order number, note on the email the items you would like to return along with the reason
- Complete the return form we send to you and place it inside your return parcel
- Take the parcel to the post office to be returned to us within 30 days from when it was delivered to you
All items returned for change of mind must have the product packaging unopened, undamaged and in suitable packaging. If you received the item in a box we expect you to return that in a box now a bag or padded bag. If you return something that has been opened or the packaging is damaged we will not refund you instead the items will be sent back to your return to sender.
We are unable to accept returns/refunds on the following:
- Clearance lines, factory seconds, items in our sale category, veils, and jewellery.
- Fragile items such as but not limited to vases, glassware, ceramics, mirrors, metal vases, wax candles, led lights and charger plates
- Backdrop Curtains and other large fabric items including Aisle Runners which have been folded for postage
- Special Order Items such as - stock/sizes/colours we do not normally sell or bulk orders of items we do stock that require us to place a special order with our factory.

Packages can be returned to sender or just left in a common area in these residential situations. Please post to a family member or your work address to save any issues.
